Kiwi rum sour

A fruity and refreshing cocktail that combines the exotic flavor of kiwi with the smoothness of Cemí Dominican Rum Special Reserve, creating a balanced and vibrant drink.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml of Cemí Dominican Rum Special Reserve
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
30 ml of fresh lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup (or to taste)
1 egg white (optional, for smooth texture)
Ice cubes
Slice of kiwi for decoration

Preparation

1. In a cocktail shaker, place the chopped kiwi and sugar syrup. Muddle to extract the kiwi juice.

2. Add Cemí Dominican Rum Special Reserve, lemon juice and egg white (if using).

3. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is very cold and frothy.

4. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

5. Decorate with a slice of kiwi.
