It is made with a demanding selection of aged spirits, made from alcohol distilled from sugarcane and aged in American oak barrels for a period of five years.
During the aging process, the rum absorbs tannins, flavor, and color from the wood. The wood's porosity allows the rum to "breathe," causing complex oxidative changes in its chemical composition.
Ron Cemi Reserva Especial is formulated and produced seeking to achieve the previously established quality parameters, it is subjected to a filtration process where it is given the shine
characteristic, to finally be packaged and distributed under GMP regulations.
Presentation
RON CEMí Reserva Especial will be presented to the public in a translucent bottle with an elegant and simple design, with a capacity of 700 ml.
