Our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased: alcoholic beverages (such as rum) and non-alcoholic products (bar accessories, clothing, and promotional items).<\/p><ol><li><strong> PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: CEM\u00cd RUM<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>For safety, health regulations, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of rum bottles or other alcoholic products, except in the following exceptional cases:<br \/>\u2022 The product was delivered in poor condition (<strong>breakage, leak, visible damage<\/strong>).<br \/>\u2022 The product does not correspond to the one requested (<strong>reference or presentation error<\/strong>).<br \/>\u2022 The product has obvious manufacturing defects.<\/p><p>Conditions for applying for the rum refund:<br \/>\u2022 Notification within the <strong>24 hours<\/strong> after delivery.<br \/>\u2022 Photographic evidence of the damage or error, (<strong>which must be sent via WhatsApp, the same day of receipt to the phone number 809-606-1766<\/strong>)<br \/>\u2022 The product must retain its original seal, unopened, and be complete.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: ACCESSORIES, CLOTHING AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The following products can be returned or exchanged, provided they meet the indicated conditions:<br \/>\u2022 T-shirts, caps, tote bags or other clothing items.<br \/>\u2022 Bar accessories (<strong>ice molds, bottle openers, glasses, cocktail shakers, etc.<\/strong>.).<br \/>\u2022 Non-perishable promotional items.<\/p><ul><li>Valid reasons for return:<\/li><li>Wrong size or product error.
