In Liquordom We are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely, on time, and in the best possible condition. This policy details how we manage shipments, delivery times, areas covered, and associated costs.

  1. HOURS OF OPERATION

Our processing and delivery schedule is:

Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm

Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are delivered through two methods:
• Own messaging CEMI RUM: for deliveries within the National District.

  • Allied courier companies: for deliveries outside the National District, including the interior of the country.

 

  1. COVERAGE AREAS AND DELIVERY COSTS
  2. a) Deliveries within the National District. (Free delivery zone).

We offer free delivery within a specific geographic radius in the National District.

The exact areas included in this coverage will be indicated during the purchase process when you enter your address.

  1. b) Deliveries outside the free zone (Santo Domingo North, Santo Domingo East, Santo Domingo West).

Deliveries outside the free zone, but still within Greater Santo Domingo, will be subject to a additional shipping cost of $200 pesos.

  1. c) Deliveries within the country

We ship to other provinces in the Dominican Republic through partner courier services.
These deliveries will have an additional charge that varies depending on the location and the weight/volume of the order.

  1. DELIVERY TIMES
    • Free and metropolitan area: 2 to 3 days working days.
    • Interior of the country: 5 to 7 days business days, depending on the location and availability of the local courier.

All delivery times are estimated and may be affected by weather conditions, high demand, special seasons, or other causes beyond our control.

  1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
    • Deliveries are made directly to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.
    • A person of legal age must be present to receive the order and sign the delivery receipt.
    • If no one is at the location, the courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery. This second delivery generates a additional charge of $200 pesos.
  2. VERIFICATION AND CLAIMS

Upon receiving the order, the customer must verify that the product is in good condition and matches what was ordered.

Any visible damage, product error or anomaly must be reported within first 24 hours after delivery, by writing to: ecommerce@licordom.com
