RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At LICORDOM, we are committed to offering quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased: alcoholic beverages (such as rum) and non-alcoholic products (bar accessories, clothing, and promotional items).

  1. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: CEMÍ RUM

For safety, health regulations, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of rum bottles or other alcoholic products, except in the following exceptional cases:
• The product was delivered in poor condition (breakage, leak, visible damage).
• The product does not correspond to the one requested (reference or presentation error).
• The product has obvious manufacturing defects.

Conditions for applying for the rum refund:
• Notification within the 24 hours after delivery.
• Photographic evidence of the damage or error, (which must be sent via WhatsApp, the same day of receipt to the phone number 809-606-1766)
• The product must retain its original seal, unopened, and be complete.

  1. PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: ACCESSORIES, CLOTHING AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

The following products can be returned or exchanged, provided they meet the indicated conditions:
• T-shirts, caps, tote bags or other clothing items.
• Bar accessories (ice molds, bottle openers, glasses, cocktail shakers, etc..).
• Non-perishable promotional items.

  • Valid reasons for return:
  • Wrong size or product error. (As long as it is not a customer error)
  • Damaged product
  • defective upon delivery.
  • Product different from the one shown in the purchase confirmation.

 

Conditions for return:
• Request made within the 2 days post-delivery schedule.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• For clothing: it must not have stains, odors, removed labels or signs of use. (For any other reason you must pay the cost of return.)

 

  1. PROCEDURE FOR MANAGING A RETURN

To request a return or exchange:


  1. Send an email to: ecommerce@licordom.com with the subject:

“Return – Order #[number]”.


  1. Include in the message:
    • Full name
    • Invoice number
    • Purchase date
    • Description of the reason
    • Product photos -in case of damage or error- (attach to email)

  2. Our team will evaluate your request and respond in a within 2 to 3 business days.

 

  1. RETURN COSTS
    • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product), Liquordom will cover the shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.
    • If the reason for the return is due to the customer's decision (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the costs of (shipping/pickup) will be borne by the customer.
  • Costs of (shipping/pickup) as established in the SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY, numeral (3).

 

  1. REFUNDS

Our policy does not allow refunds, but rather generates a credit note for use within 30 days of issue.

  1. PRODUCTS ON SALE OR PROMOTION

Items purchased with discounts, special promotions, or final sales are not eligible for returns or refunds, except for defects or shipping errors.
